Now I don't know about you, but I can't read Japanese. I found some great tutorials online. You boil eggs like your normally would, but instead of immersing them in ice water after, you carefully peel them while still hot. Be careful so you don't burn yourself. I ran them under a bit of cold water, then after peeling, dunked them back in the hot water. Once they are peeled, put them in the mold, close the mold and drop into ice water for 10-15 minutes. I used "large" eggs and I think it might look better if I used extra large.
The bunny was the cutest by far :)
